Today is a day of celebration for me. 19 years ago on August 25, 1997, my life could have changed drastically… and it did, but in a positive way. I was 9 months pregnant, and it was three weeks before my son was due. That morning I had woken up with an absolute knowing that something was wrong. Looking back, I believe that Archangel Gabriel was communicating with me through my thoughts. I called the doctor in a panic and tried to convince her that I knew something was wrong. I begged her to let me come in and see her. She said she had just seen me the week before and that everything was fine. She also told me that she was getting ready to leave on her honeymoon for two weeks. I wouldn’t take no for an answer. I insisted that something was wrong and that I had the same feeling that I’d had with all the other lost pregnancies. I told her that I wanted to schedule a C-section before she went out of town. This took her by surprise, as I had been very insistent on having a VBAC (vaginal birth after Caesarean). She told me it was too early to do that, and I needed to wait at least one week. She would contact me when she got back from her honeymoon, and we would go from there. As I hung up the phone, I was shaking. I was so scared I didn’t know what to do. I lay on the couch and cried and cried.
About half an hour later, the phone rang, and it was the doctor. She said, “Sunny, there is something about your mother’s intuition that I have to believe, so I will do the C-section on the twenty-seventh or twenty-eighth; which day do you want?” I was so happy, and a sense of peace fell over me. I sat for a moment and asked Spirit which day was best. The twenty-seventh would be the perfect day to give birth to my son—Mother Teresa’s true birthday.
On August 27, 1997, my second son, Arizona Blue Johnston, was delivered by Caesarean section at 1:47 p.m. The umbilical cord was wrapped twice around his neck, and he was completely blue and lifeless. The nurses and doctors rushed to get oxygen flowing into his body, and within two minutes, bit by bit, his tiny little blue body started turning pink. His color changed from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. It was as if Spirit were blowing life into him, and it was amazing to watch. It was a miracle! He was alive!
He was alive and breathing because Archangel Gabriel had communicated clearly to me, and I had listened. I will forever be grateful to the amazing energy of this Archangel and the power all the Angels have to help us see and hear clearly.
Value of the Experience: When you ask for help, remember to listen—in all ways. Listen to the subtle messages as well as the strong messages. When listened to and acted upon, these messages can literally save a life!
Have you ever had such a strong intuitive experience? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below – SDJ

Thanks JANE
Years ago my former college roommate kept crossing my mind and I felt like she needed me. I didn’t have any way to get a hold of her so I started searching and finally found her parents. I explained who I was and asked for a phone number so that I could reach out and say hi. By this time, my husband thought I was crazy to be so obsessed with something so silly. When I reached her, I found out that her engagement had fallen through and she had taken it so hard that she was contemplating suicide. She did need me-or someone-to reach out and remind her that she was important.
Beautiful. So glad you listened;)
Thank you so much for this precious story. Not my personal experience, but it definitely was for a dear friend of mine who had felt guided to get a tall stack of books on having a baby born at home, which was something not done at that time. She called it Mother’s Intuition. Good thing she did as then her husband had to deliver her baby in their home during a huge snow storm that had closed the streets to traffic, and then by the time the female doctor arrived she congratulated the couple for the new baby girl being delivered by the husband. This story was written up in the local newspaper which inspired many women to read all they could about baby delivery so they would never worry if something prevented them from getting to a hospital in time. Happy Birthday to AZ and to you, his wonderful mother, Sunny.
