I’ll take it:)  Here’s Melissa great report full of information to support you during the amazing energy of the coming full moon. I’m one of those types of people that would rather have awareness ahead of time… than not.. maybe you are too?? Here’s some great info – Enjoy – SDJ ♥

March 12th Full Moon in Virgo

March’s full moon creates a gateway of opportunity for us to peer deeply into personal self care regimes and practices. Bring awareness to the physical body, and to how you hold boundaries, or dismiss them. This month, bring relief into your world. Thoughts, actions, and attitudes can align for you to witness areas in your life that are calling you to expand in how you honor your self.  It is your choice is allowing the harmony of body and mind as you listen to the special language of your body compared to taking time off out of need. Try to embrace the signs guiding you to acknowledge rest or relaxation, they are beneficial for you at this time
You can enjoy life, do not work, push through, or force something to happen to get an end result of relief. Ease into experiences and listen deeply with spiritual ears so you may absorb the deeper meaning and mystical events that are unfolding in even the most ordinary of moments. All is sacred. Even the struggle has its place, allow the message to surface so you may walk through the experience bringing yourself in harmony with the natural rhythm of life, instead of pushing against the current and creating more struggle.
March’s Full Moon is also known as the Full Worm Moon. As the temperature begins to warm and the ground begins to thaw, earthworm casts appear, heralding the return of the robins. The more northern tribes knew this Moon as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter; or the Full Crust Moon, because the snow cover becomes crusted from thawing by day and freezing at night. The Full Sap Moon, marking the time of tapping maple trees, is another variation. To the settlers, it was also known as the Lenten Moon, and was considered to be the last full Moon of winter.
(Farmers Almanac)
Boundaries, faith, and beliefs may be tested, not in ways of creating conflict, but for the opposite reason, so you may examine them and decide what no longer resonates. You may find yourself cherishing the smaller things, appreciating the silence in between moments and pulling forth strength in the beliefs that feel solidified in your being. This is to scoff off anything that has become a distraction. Allow this process to feel graceful, let your authentic self step forward, the layers of winter are softening, inviting the blooms of spring to begin making their appearance from the depths of your soul.
View your life with fresh eyes, release the mundane way of “seeing” and open up your sacred sight, your view is your own and there is no need to convince others. Focus your intention on your conviction of your beliefs in a personal way and less in your convincing of why they exist or work for you. This will truly inspire others to discover their own beliefs more than explain them away. You have nothing to prove to anyone, let your desire and your knowing be good enough.
De-clutter anything that no longer holds a cherished part of your heart. If you walk through your home and feel like your things belong to a stranger, it may be time to refresh your environment, or move furniture around to integrate the new aspects of the person you have become over the past year. Shifting your environment will help you feel more settled, and “home” within your own being.

You are the one you have been waiting for” ~ Byron Katie
Tips for March 12th Full Moon in Virgo:
Take time for meditation, hot sea salt baths, relaxation, and relief this month. You will reveal the power of self care tools as you become more still with each intention to refresh and relax. Surprisingly you may find these acts of self care may even result in new levels of productivity, shifting beliefs about nurturing your being and body at this level. You will ignite a new found love in your spirit as you honor your needs and take time for them.
As with every full moon, if you find yourself getting triggered or feeling fatigue, ask if there is a part of the experience that you may be resisting. Are you feeling pulled to exercise, yet the treadmill still looks like a clothes hanger? Your habits may shift a bit, food choices may even change, as you change vibrations and honor your body’s needs. Take one day at a time, do not change all habits at once for it will not be sustainable. Start with what resonates and feels like a natural progression of self care to support your desires, your body, and your emotions during the full moon.
Ways you can allow this Full Moon to support you:

  1. Find out when the moon rise is in your city by going here:
  2. Find a place where you can see or sense the energy of the full moon. Preferably a comfortable position with the moon in sight. If you can sit outside, on the earth for this exercise you may notice a larger shift.
  3. Have your journal, or a piece of paper and writing instrument nearby. The full moon is the feminine aspect of our being, she can help release and reveal all things ready to find a way to the surface.
  4. Practice deep breathing: inhale slowly to the count of five, hold the breath for the count of five, then release the breath slowly for the count of five. Repeat this for five to ten breaths.
  5. Imagine, dropping deeply into your body, and feeling the earth beneath you, supporting you. Feel the moon above you, illuminating your heart and subconscious desires.
  6. On your paper, write the number 1- 10 with some space in between each line.
  7. Now, ask your spirit, what is the first self care tool I need to include? Take a moment to listen, and feel with all of your senses. Next to number one, write down what surfaces for you, and try not to judge it…. especially if it is not making sense right away.
  8. Complete this activity up to ten self care tools, practices, or thoughts. Decide if they are needed daily during the full moon energy, for the entire month, or simply just when you feel called to implement them as needed.

**Reminder: each full moon will impact you for up to 3 days prior to the full moon and 3 days after the full moon.
Full moons are always powerful times for releasing and letting go. Try creating your own ceremony or honoring of this time to embrace the energy that this time has to help you create space in your life for what you truly desire. As always remember, you are not alone in experiencing this phase, be mindful of this when encountering others over these next few days. Send them love as they are also shining a light on themselves and may be extra sensitive during this time. The next full moon is in the sign of Libra on April 11th, it is known as the Full Pink Moon.

  1. Thank you for the wonderful information as I sure have been feeling nudges lately to do this, do that, stop this, and stop that, and to take more time out to meditate and to journal and then do yoga and dancing moves and singing which truly seems to have an impact on my happiness level. I am sensitive to the moon changes and have followed the Farmers’ Almanac and have studied cultures and how they were impacted by the moon so had ceremonies and celebrations. Always great to read information like this, as I will use this hints during this time. Thank you.
