Life…

posted in General |

What a week it has been. I am not sure how many of you have felt the shift in energy the past 10 days, but it is amazing to me. I have had several experiences in my own life that have caused me to go back to the beginning…The basics. I have been reminded, time and time again that it is so so so important to trust your guidance, your instincts, your intuition. I say this and teach this and live this… but have been reminded in BIG ways how very true it is. I am so very grateful that i am aware of this message, this important truth again! I am also aware of the strength and courage that come with the awareness, and am grateful for this as well. I am blessed! What are you grateful for today? Please share what you are grateful for with me:) ~ Sunny

I’m grateful that I am more aware and able to pay attention to my intuition. A lot of times I doubt what first pops into my head, but I’ve tried listening and paying more attention and its been wonderful. I’m also grateful to know that my son has been communicating with me more directly than I ever would have guessed. Now I just need to learn more so I can communicate better.

Learning to go within and hear the quiet, when the world is pressing all around, is often difficult. Those precious moments, when letting go, not trying to fix or help or communicate with the outside, and instead, going inside to receive spirit blessing and guidance, can make everything seem simplier. I am grateful for the lessons learned from nature. To pause and reflect, to rest, to do nothing. As the flower bulb, waiting for winter’s end, as it gathers strength to push up and forward, opening into bloom.
